Return Process

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your shipment.

  Secure Packaging and Shipping

  Carefully repack your bar stools to prevent transit damage and arrange shipping via a tracked courier service at your own expense.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
