Do you offer free shipping across Australia?
Yes, we offer free shipping to most metropolitan areas across Australia on orders over a certain value. Shipping costs for regional areas are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the weight of the items.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We want you to love your new bar stools. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Are your bar stools easy to assemble?
Most of our bar stools come with clear, step-by-step instructions and all necessary hardware. Assembly typically takes between 10 to 20 minutes per stool. We also have a selection of fully assembled stools if you prefer.
How do I choose the correct height for my counter?
Measure from the floor to the underside of your counter. For a standard kitchen bench (approx. 90cm), look for 'Counter Height' stools (60-65cm seat height). For higher commercial bars (approx. 105cm), choose 'Bar Height' stools (75cm seat height).
